"I’m extremely disappointed with Ann and her staff. We’ve had this agent for over 13 years and been with State Farm for over 28 years. When I called the agent office directly 2 months ago and went over vehicles to move off our account and to our son’s as well as cancel a vehicle, they read it back to me and assured me it would be completed by next billing cycle. Fast forward to over a month later we got a cancellation notice on our motorcycle. I called the office again and spoke with the office lady and Ann and not only could they not admit their wrong doings but would only blame it on their system. However, a system is only as good as its users. Then Ann still proceeded to tell me I would need to pay for the motorcycle they screwed up and took off my billing. One, we still paid for our son’s vehicle, that should be credited to our account and billed to him like it was supposed to be. Two, they said they can’t apply the cancelled premium from 2 months ago to the account and would have to let the system credit it instead. Every change they do to our policy including their mistakes we also get billed a service fee for. Both individuals spoken to in the office were very unprofessional by not listening and over talking me. This is NOT how you treat a customer for over 13 years and 28 years with the company."
